21 oz. Personalized Teapot

This 21 oz. Omakase^® personalized teapot is large enough to hold up to five (5) cups of tea. Its elegant and modern appeal, which is topped-off by the custom print of your company logo or artwork, will also play a vital role in making your guests – or their lucky recipients' friends and loved ones – feel special when offered a cup of tea. Made of white porcelain that is planned to resist staining, chipping, and cracking, this personalized teapot also features a wide body for the efficient brewing of tea. Easy to pour with its roomy handle opposite the snout, it is a staple porcelain teapot that you will also prefer for serving hot chocolate, coffee, and other types of warming drink on various dining and entertaining needs. • Choose from 22 different color inks from our color chart or a custom color, which we will match as closely as possible to your logo or to the color you want to achieve (Custom color charge is $0.25 per tea pot, max $35 per order)

Personalized Teapot Specs

• Each personalized teapot holds 21 oz. (630 ml)
• Printing is done in the USA. White Porcelain Teapots are made in Japan
• Due to the printing set, there is a minimum order of 12 pieces

Set-Up Fees and Artwork

• A $50 set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge is added to your shopping cart
• All custom order must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are also subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• For orders with custom color, custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $15 per order
• Any amount in excess of the $15 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

Production Time Options:


• The Standard Production Time is 10 Business Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
• 1-2 Rush Business Days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.75 Per Piece) ($35 Minimum, Max $75 per order*)
• 3-5 Rush Business Days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.55 Per Piece) ($25 Minimum, Max $55 per order*)
• *If your order with 1-2 Rush Business Days or 3-5 Rush Business Days does not meet its required $35 or $25 Minimum Rush Order Fee, the amount needed to attain its respective minimum rush fee will be added separately.
*If the rush fee is more than $75 for the 1-2 days or $55 for the 3-5 days, the excess will be returned to you as refund.

Our personalized teapots are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized teapot that has been broken or damaged while in-transit. Please make sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or to provide for the probability of breakage or damage.
