Set-Up Fees and Artwork

• A $20 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge is added to your shopping cart
• Our preferred format is a vector-based design in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), CorelDraw, or .eps
• Artworks in any non-editable format are subject to a $15 vector conversion fee
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• For personalization with message or custom text, there is no limit as to the number of characters your custom text may have, but we suggest that the characters should be large and clear. Otherwise, it will become fuzzy if it is too small.

Our personalized wristbands are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized wristband, which has been broken or damaged while in-transit. Please make sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or to provide for the probability of breakage or damage.
