Custom Printed Paper Fans

These Personalized Paper Fans have the 1-color print of your logo or finished artwork. They also lend a soft and refreshing breeze – so right for keeping your guests cool on your summer or outdoor wedding, party, or event. Make your family, friends, and guests comfortable on your Features:

• Personalize these White Paper Fans with your logo, finished artwork, or a design from our templates
• Please email your logo or finished artwork to Info@GlassCoasterStore.Com
• For your design that is selected from our templates, print up 3 lines of custom text, max 50 characters per line
• Please choose from 2 Print sizes for your design, that's:
  
  • Standard Print: Measures 3.75" long x 3.75" wide; or,
  • Extra-wide Print: Measures 7.00" long x 3.75" wide (Additional $0.75 each)
• Please choose from 20 ink colors or a Custom Color, which we will match as closely as possible to the color that you want to achieve (Custom color charge is an additional $0.25 per paper fan, Max $35 per order)

Personalized Paper Hand Fan Features:

• Each personalized paper fan measures 8.25" height x 15" wide (when fully opened)
• Made of premium paper and bamboo. Each weighs approx. 0.10 lb.
• Please open and close your new paper fans carefully until their folds are properly established
• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 35 pieces for the standard print size and 100 minimum order of 100 pieces for the extra wide print size

Set-up Fees and Artwork

• A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge is added to your shopping cart
• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector-based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• For orders with custom color, custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $35 per order
• Any amount in excess of the $35 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

Optional Organza Favor Bags


• Add organza favor bags for hand fans for only $0.50 per bag
• Each sheer organza bag is made of nylon with satin drawstring
• Each also measures 27 cm (10.6") long x 6 cm (2.4" wide)
• Fits one (1) 8.25-inch or 9-inch custom printed paper fan/li>
• Please choose from 9 colors of organza bags for fans

Production Time Options


• The Standard Production Time is 5 Business Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
• 1-2 Rush Business Days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.75 Per Piece) ($35 Minimum, Max $75 per order*)
• 3-4 Business Days Rush Production, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.55 Per Piece) ($25 Minimum, Max $55 per order*)
• *If your order with 1-2 Rush Business Days or 3-4 Rush Business Days does not meet its required $35 or $25 Minimum Rush Order Fee, the amount needed to attain its respective minimum rush fee will be added separately.
• *If the rush fee is greater than $75 for the 1-2 days or $55 for the 3-4 days, the excess will be returned to you as refund.
